Manteca Community Events
Flags over Manteca
This program is organized by the Chamber of Commerce, it started after the attack of the world trade center, 2400 flags are placed on the sidewalks of the city on the anniversary of the attack and many other days such as Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and more.
Crossroads Street Faire - April 10th and 11th 2010
This popular event is visited by thousands the first weekend of April every year. There are over 400 arts and craft, food and miscellaneous venders and entertainment.

Not Forgotten Memorial Day Commemoration
Sat - Mon - May 29-31, 2010. Join us as we honor and remember all who served in the military of the USA and especially those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
Best of Manteca
Community members vote for their favorite local businesses, there are an estimated 100 categories such as best resturaunt, Banks, retail stores, sports teams and more. This event is hosted by the Manteca Convention and visitor’s Bureau, the Manteca Chamber of Commerce and eManteca. The winners from each catagorie receive advertising in the visitor’s guide and website advertisement.
Farmers Market
Beginning in June local farmers come out with fresh fruits, vegetables. The farmers market is every Tuesday starting at 4:30 pm until 7:30 pm
Independence Day
The 4th of July celebration is held at Big League Dreams Park 1077 Milo Candini Dr. Manteca. There is fun for all, community vender booths, entertainment, and fireworks.
Pumpkin Fair
This annual event is held the first weekend of October , it is organized by the Manteca Kiwanis, there are arts & craft venders, food booths, car & truck show and entertainment and we can’t forget lots of pumpkins.
Escalon Community Events
Harvest Wine and Food Experience
The annual Harvest Wine and Food Experience is held in October, A popular event to many, Come and enjoy a stroll down Main St. and the many activities such as wine tasting and lots of good food.
Christmas on Main
A wonderful community event, enjoy the holiday experience of a small town. Many activities for all, including a hay ride, parade of lights, campfires and of course Santa Clause.
Lodi Community Events
13th Annual Lodi Home & Garden Show – February 5-7, 2010
Held at the Grape Festival Grounds, 413 East Lockeford St., Lodi
Visitors can get tips from many vendors for home and yard improvement and beautification.
30th Annual Lodi Spring Wine Show – March 26 & 27, 2010
6 pm to 9 pm each night in the Ole Mettler Grape Pavilion on the Lodi Grape Festival grounds. Wine and beer tasting.
Admission, $25 in advance - $30 at the door.
Lodi Street Faire – May 2, 2010 and October 3, 2010
8 am to 4 pm.
This is a Chamber of Commerce sponsored event held twice annually, the first Sunday in May and the first Sunday in October. This faire has about 700 vendors selling arts & crafts, Antiques and food. The Faire attracts vendors from the entire state because of the popularity of the faire.
Lodi Grape Festival & Harvest Fair - September 16-19, 2010
This Festival is held in September every year. This is a non-profit organization contracted by San Joaquin County to produce the annual Lodi Grape Festival and Harvest Fair and Lodi Spring Wine Show and to manage the fairgrounds on a year around basis.
Ripon Community Events
48th Annual Almond Blossom Festival – February 28, 2010
This annual event sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce is held the last weekend in February. The event attracts more then 25,000 visitors. The event includes a Parade, Craft & food booths, Carnival and a dinner dance.
Emergency Vehicle Car Show – October 2, 2010
Sponsored by the Ripon Police Department, Event is the first Saturday of October and is located at the Ripon Community center. Includes a Law enforcement Car Show, Code Three Parade.
25th Annual Main Street Day and 7th Annual Car Show – October 16, 2010
Downtown Ripon on Main Street. This event happens the third Saturday in October on Main St. in Ripon, Food Crafts, Car show and Health Faire

Local farmers sell fresh fruit and vegetables, arts, crafts and music.
2nd Fridays of each month feature a live cooking demonstration.
Stockton Asparagus Festival
Celebrating Asparagus, A three day event, in the month of April with Entertainment and Crafts, come try a variety of locally grown, delicious asparagus dishes from deep fried, pastas and more. Held at Weber Point in Downtown Stockton. A great day of fun and amazing food.
Earth Day
Informational booths on the environment, music and food held at Victory Park.
Cinco De Mayo - May
Celebrating the culture of Mexican Americans, Mexican food, dancing Colorful parade.
San Joaquin County Fair
The year 2010 celebrates the 150th year, the fair is held in June and has a variety of fun for all, features include Concerts, livestock, carnival, food and exhibits and agriculture. The Fair is a great way to spend with the family.

Weber Point Events Center
4th of July
In celebration of 4th of July, located at the Weber Point Events Center this event has something for everyone, There is a wide variety of food, live music, barbeque cook-off and a classic car show, enjoy a stroll at the water front.
Stocktoberfest - October 9, 2010
4 pm – 11 pm Waterfront Warehouse
German Oktoberfest is an outdoors event. Come and enjoy an evening of Authentic German Beer, food, collectable steins, competitions and live music.
Stockton Festival of Lights and Boat Parade
Come out and enjoy an evening of holiday lights complete with a boat parade, what a way to start the holiday season. Located in Downtown Stockton. Definitely a fun event to enjoy with family and friends
